Recipes to get skinny
Salads are a great way to lose weight the healthy way. You get to eat plenty while the amount of calories consumed is low.
Salads are no longer just a a boring bowl of greens you feel obliged to eat to get some vitamins into your system. Every health conscious chef has added at least a Quinoa Salad to the standard Halloumi and Chicken Ceasar Salad on the menu. But still I have the same old problem: I don’t get satisfied with these salads. I go home hungry!
The kind of salads I eat at home fill me up because they are packed with fiber and protein, not calories. And my close girlfriends know that I eat a whole family portion all by myself. Because I love it and these salads make you not only happy but also skinny. The explanation is easy: First you will feel full because you ate a huge quantity of food. And second, you will not want to eat anything else (which may be rich in calories), because the salad is simply too yummy to put it back into the fridge.
So try and see yourself.
